Well, here in the UK the sort of prices you mention would not seem so bad,
although I do not know the exchange rate for the Canadian Dollar.  The UK
must be one of the highest priced markets in the world and, if the 99 cents
were to be directly translated to pounds stirling that wouldn't be a bad
deal;  if, that is.  Dare say it will be ratcheted up to 99 pence which
isn't so good.

What I do feel narked about is copy protection of CDs.  If I buy a CD I
exspect to be able to make a copy freely for personal use when I am out
traveling.  I think a combination of 'fair use' and personal licencing at a
reasonable cost would be a scheme I would support.

What appeals to me is that I stand to actually get the tracks I want, and do
not get landed with dros I will never listen to.
