LISTENER assistanceTesco had some very straightforward ones a little while back 
but have no clue whether they still have any or if the display is clear enough. 
 They had no camera and were pretty cheap.  As I did not buy one myself but 
only heard about this, I have no idea whether or not this tied you to a network.
