You can still run the volume control panel directly, it is now "sndvol",
no 32 on the end in the search.  Wow!  What a VISTA Geek I am for
knowing that!

Vista is lade out diferently. I was wondering as I am a vista user some
of 
the time and find not being able to use sndvol32 irritating.
