Lloyds TSB on line bankingAs i understand it, it is only for things like
setting up a direct debit or possibly a standing order, most normal type
transactions will be handled in the way they have always been handled!

When you say transaction, do you mean bill payments and such.

If that is the case then I have successfully done it without help over the
weekend.

I didn't have to do what you describe.

    Hi

I see that Lloyds TSB have changed the security system on their on line
banking. They now ring you and you have to put in a 4 digit number into the
phone before you continue your transaction.

How have other Lloyds TSB users overcome this problem when they have no
sighted person around to help?

    Thanks

    Debbie
