Hi all,
I've kept putting off a couple of problems I'm having with MS Outlook which I
thought most likely could easily be resolved, but have dragged on! You expect
software to have bugs but these bugs are now bugging me big time whenever I use
Outlook. Please could someone could help to rid me of this annoyance.

Firstly when I've read any message and close it JAWS says "Unread" and it's
most irritating browsing through a list of emails not knowing which have been
read and which not.

I have set the Display Themes Appearance under Control Panel to Windows
Classic.

The next problem started after I uninstalled the AVG antivirus
program. Every time I start MS Outlook I get the following message:
The add-in "C:\PROGRA~1\Grisoft\AVGFRE~1\avgxch32.dll" could not be installed
or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help
menu.

I did as the message said but it hasn't resolved the problem. I'm not sure
which file this command is in order to sort this out.

The operating system and applications I'm using:

Windows XP Home Edition
JAWS 7.1
MS Office 2003 - Version not known

If the version is vital to figure out the problem, please let me know where to
find it and how to bring it up.
Please save my sanity by getting back to me as soon as you can!

  Thanks very much,
  Angela
