I may be able to answer your second question. I'm not sure if you can do
this in Outlook, but you should be able to open some sort of add-in
manager that allows you to disable add-ons that might have been
installed during your computing sessions. I know you can do this in
Word, but not sure if you can do this in Outlook. Sorry if I couldn't be
of any more help.
