Hello,

I'd say that for a long while, Kindle and Blackberry were in the same dark
place with accessibility, in that they did not understand that there's more to
making a device accessible than sticking a voice on something you've already
designed. A device that requires hand-to-eye co-ordination to operate it
wouldn't be any good to blind man or beast, no matter how well you made it talk.

Best,
Clive

Hi Ibrahim,

Are you serous? How long did it take them to make the hardware Kindle
accessible, not to mention the Kindle apps (still no accessible one for the Mac
as far as I know)?

Cheers,

Ed
