It is.
I assume that tools is found on the ntl homepage? I have no software installed for ntl.

Hi Mark,
I only found out when my TNAUk papers started being bounced. Go to tools and
services; then to webmail; open your account; go to options; you should find
the filter radiobuttons there. There 3 options: On; forward to spam folder
and delete in 7 days; off.
Hth,

Mike, ntl has a spam filter? Where do you find the thing to turn it off. I have had ntl for three years now and had no idea they even had spam filtering. Perhaps that is why my yahoo groups keep getting bounced?

Hi Jim,
I have no problems with NTL broadband 1 mb; one thing: Turn off the spam filter or else you'll lose some of your emails!
Cheers,

Hi there, I am thinking of going the cable route, as the fastest speed for adsl is only 500KB. From looking through the list, there does not appear to be many people using NTl.
I would like some feedback on NTl, and any comments greatfully received.
Cheers for now Jim Denton
