Hi All There was a very interesting interview on radio 5 live the other day where the director of internet services for NTL said that they were going to increase all one and a half million NTL broadband users to a standard ten mega bit service -the upgrade being free of charge. He didn't however mention when this would happen or what data transfer total you can download per month. It seems the upgrades are intended to be a marketing ploy to squeeze the smaller broadband suppliers who have been pinching NTL's customers recently, but even so it seems a good deal to me as this time two years ago I was paying for just 256 kbps.
