Most if not all Netbooks come with Windows XP Home. So there's no reason why you can't install JAWS or any other Windows software on to it. The netbook I saw, but didn't buy, was the Dell Inspiron Mini 10. I liked the keyboard as it was similar to a standard laptop. It had a 160GB hard drive, 1GB RAM, Intel Atom Processor running at 1.33GHZ, Windows XP Home, and all the other usual things you find in a netbook, like wireless and bluetooth.
