I got this from an old RNIB newsletter - however, last time I tried to use
the free telephone number for technical support, I was redirected to a 0870
number, which then only allowed me to leave a message, but eventually netgem
did contact me. There is however a web address given when you leave a
message which may also help you.

The Netgem I-Player AD set top box - the only box currently on the market
that delivers audio description on digital terrestrial television - is
available from Netgem on 0800 015 3092. Lines are open between 11am and 8pm
weekdays and 10am until 6pm on Saturdays.

End quote.

Subject: [access-uk] Netjem I player freeview top box

Hi,

apologies for the off topic posting, but does anyone on the list have
contact details for netgem, specifically orders for a netgem I player
freeview top box, with audio description capabilities. I've tried Google,
but there's so many netgem products, its difficult to distinguish which
company is which. Any info gratefully received.

Thanks in advance.
Jim.
