Marie, Try taking the battery out of it and then replacing it. That should make it reset itself all being well. That may get it to behave, if not, show it the window! I always find that tends to work:) The Edit key (which also doubles as the Talks Key) by the way is small and triangular and is on the bottom right hand side of the phone beside the hash key.
