[access-uk] Norton Again

Further to my earlier message.
When I press enter on Microsoft Word on the desktop icon it opens Norton
Anti Virus.
Norton says that my definitions are not up to date and advise me to run
update, when I try to do this it is unable to connect.
Why would attempting to open word open Norton, it does not happen when I
press enter on any other desktop icon.
I have done a system restore to earlier than when this problem started.
Appreciate any help.
