Agreed,  best think  since  sliced bread.

I think it's a case of  some people just dislike change.
so  they use thier  disability  as a reason to claim:
"can't do it,  so won't do it."

Really the only disabled that truly can't do it are the ones that
can't  press buttons!

But sight  is not  an  issue here,  just because one has no sight,
or  little sight, is *not* a true reasons can't use  chip and PIN
