[access-uk] Norton Ghost and restoring a system drive

Hi all,
I purchased the above some months back and need it now.
I backed my system drive up a week or so back and now I want to restore the
image.
Issue is, it's a system drive so i cant' restore it within Windows. (Unlike
data drives that can be restored within Windows).
So...
Any suggestions how I can do this with eyes about?
You have to use the recovery console of NG but it's outside windows in a
propriatory environment were you can't have speech.
I'd be happy enough to try it using keystrokes only, but only if I know
precicely what they are....
