Hi
I am using Outlook Express 6 with Windows XP Pro. I have an e-mail in my Inbox
which does not have a virus. It was one I was trying to send to my mobile
phone and it would not download to the phone so when I opened Outlook Express
it downloaded back in to my Inbox there. Now I cannot delete or remove it from
the inbox or even open it. Every time I try these things I am getting the
system freezing and I even have to force the machine to turn off by pressing
and holding down the on switch. Only thing now is to leave it sitting there
but if anyone has any ideas as to how I might remove it. It has taken up so
much of my time today with me keeping on trying and the computer keeping on
freezing. I just can't even get to End Programme or End Task etc.
