Well, I reckon it's Outlook Express, because you should be able to delete them, then they go into your delete folder. I definitely would try renaming your in-box, if you can't do anything else, and let Outlook Express make a new one. You may well find that all of a sudden you can delete that other box! Don't worry, I've been there and played around with these things a bit ... and have usually been OK in the end. Give it a go!
