If you have Google Desktop installed you can do worse than giving it a go. It could maybe recover the message for you. Not sure though.

Subject: [access-uk] Outlook Express message deleted

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to retrieve an e-mail message once it has been deleted and removed from the Deleted Items box.

Best wishes.

Andy
