I don't know where to find it. I am going to Start and then Search. Then I am choosing the 3rd option down, I think it is for all files.

Eleanor, It's a checkbox when you invoke the search process from Windows
Explorer; make sure it's checked.

How do I look for the hidden folders then Alexander? Is there some check
box or other? I've had a look in the search and I don't see anything. Do I
have to go on to the C Drive and unhide the folders?

Hi Eleanor,

I've just tried looking for my Outlook.pst file, and I
couldn't find it until I set the computer to include hidden
and system files, so I guess the .pst file is hidden.

however, if you set the computer so that you can search
including hidden and system files, I guess you'll find it.

Good luck.
