Hi All
I've received the message below and wonder if it's enough information for
any one to help her.

Just a shout for help from Ann R. she cannot get her PDF files to open.
Running XP with JWF, using Adobe 6 and Direct X is up to date.
Error message reads "internal Error" only Ok button available which takes
several hits to react.
