So Alex do you mean I have to type these instructions in to a new email?
Isn't this a lot of hard work?
Couldn't someone do it for me?

Caution:
This email contains the E.U. recommended daily dose of irony, imbibing =
in
more than the RDA may result in excessive amounts of giggling.
It is not advisable to drive or operate heavy machinery if the RDA has =
been
exceeded.

Right, Having already sent the help file, here are instructions for =
going
nomail. Send an e-mail to: mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with =
the
following in the body: set vacation to turn this off send a message to =
the
same address with the following in the body: unset vacation To set and
remove digest mode, send a message to the same address with
either:
set digest
in the body, or:
unset digest
in the body. Any suggestions for making this any simpler? Cheers. Alex
