[access-uk] Penfriend Audio Labeller

Hello all.
I have seen this device in action today thanks to my rehab officer
demonstrating it to me and allowing me to use it. Boy do I like the
sound of it! The only issue is the audible tones that are played,
however that can be resolved simply by increasing the volume. I was able
to hear the instructions and even my own recording absolutely fine though!
