I'd echo Barry's thoughts. The Talking book on-line ordering system is in need
of some
iprovements and this has come up quite often on the RnIB-Arena list too.

Believe the TB services will accept orders by phone though, so that's an
alternative.

Hi Christine

Unfortunately, I have found that, if you are idle for any length of time or
if you have too many books on the list, the system seems to crash. When I
do a selection, when I have thirty or so books, I send the list then carry
on searching.

Hi All, I am desperately trying to send my talking book selection list to
RNIB but unfortunately I am getting an error message and my list won't send,
what can I do so as not to lose it? Its taken me all night to get thus far!
Boo Hoo. Christine.
