[access-uk] Please can somebody tell me how to get around this K1000 error?

Further to my previous message, I forgot to say that I have looked through
the quick reference guide and had a quick look at the manual, but have not
found any trouble-shooting sections.
I have just remembered, there is a trouble-shooting document, I'd forgotten
that, I will see if this error is shown there, or something like it.
If I can't find it, I'll be back.
