What happens when you press "OK" on the error? Are you sure there isn't a Juice window knocking around somewhere? Also, have you tried deleting the log file referenced in the error, and then loading Juice again? It might be that it's getting its error info from the log and then refusing to run. Did you manually remove the Juice folder from Program Files after uninstalling the last time? That might be worth a try. Failing that, try sending them an email.

Yeah Steve, 2.2 it is. I went to the website and downloaded a fresh version,
just in case some kind of corruption or other had occurred in my existing
program, but still no joy!


And as for working with the Juice support pages, well that's a whole other
story!
