Hi Darren,

Could there be a registry problem? After uninstalling, is everything cleared away; there might be some little remnant lurking.

Hth,

Mike

Yeah Steve, 2.2 it is. I went to the website and downloaded a fresh version,
just in case some kind of corruption or other had occurred in my existing
program, but still no joy!

And as for working with the Juice support pages, well that's a whole other
story!

| Hi Darren,
|
| Interesting. Have you tried making sure you have the latest version of
| Juice, V2.2? If this doesn't help, I am not sure what to suggest.

|
| Hi List.
|
| Are people using anything other than Juice for podcast listening?
|
| I've been a Juice user for over a year now, but I can no longer get it to
| open. Uninstalling and reinstalling only results in the same message;
|
| Errors occurred
| See the logfile 'C:\Program Files\Juice\Juice.exe.log' for details OK
|
| I've had a look at the logfile suggested, but its just complete gibberish
to
| me!
|
| So, can anyone suggest another program I could use, preferably with JAWS
7?
|
| Regards.
|
| Darran
