Ironically Royal Mail have been forced into this move for our own protection. Unscrupulous mail houses were using robots to gather postcodes, and flooding them with junk mail. Mind you, they could at least have got the telephone number right!! I tried it, as others have, and found I couldn't get past that graphic. It was suggested I called the number and just didn't want to go through that one ... What a lot of hassle to get some info! Let us know Joan if you get any success on this. I phoned the number given only to be told to phone the actual postcodes number for a postcode. Since I wanted to know what was causing the problem with the website for some of us, I held on for complaints. The person to whom I spoke tried phoning too and got the same problems, finding that he had come back to his own call centre. So in a nutshell, I can't see why this is happening to some of us but not all, and what the remedy is. (growl!) Best wishes, Joan.
