Hi David,

Have you looked at the end of the cable which goes into the
mains adaptor?  Unless it's hard wired into the power
supply, which is unusual these days, you may well find that
you can buy a UK cable which would be better and safer all
round.  Some use the kind of cable used for a VDU or PC,
others use a smaller 2 pin connection at the power supply
end which is commonly available in electrical shops.
