Hi Barry,
I hope you don't mind me asking, but is there a specific reason why you need it converted into MP3? The reason I ask, is because there are some very simple ways to read PowerPoint if you have Jaws 8 or later. Not sure about earlier versions. I'd also be interested to find out how to convert PPT files using K1000 because every now and then you get a really weird PowerPoint, so it's good to know a few different ways to deal with them. At my University our Disability services department gives courses to Profs on how to make PowerPoints accessible, and that has helped a lot.

Subject: [access-uk] Powerpoint to MP3 with Kurzweil

Hi all

I'd like to convert a PowerPoint 2003 slide show into MP3 using Kurzweil
1000 v12. However, Kurzweil does not recognise the PPT file to convert it.
Any suggestions?

Cheers

Barry
