Hi Roger I don't go into the Envelopes and Labels option within Word to do this. I simply open a blank Word document and type the address, then centre it. Then I run it off. Only when I do smaller labels on a sheet do I go into the Envelopes and Labels option and choose the size I want from there. Hey! I'll have you know lasers are cheap nowadays. (smile). A simple Epson S20 inkjet but it suits my needs as I print realtively little. The paper stands upright in the top of the machine, the labels go in the same area in front and to the right of the A4. I have found a shipping label seems the right size and brings the type down to the correct area but it too far to the left. I use the envelopes & labels command of Tools in Word. The centering would be the justification tab I guess. Sounds good. Thanks Jackie.
