I think I once had this site and have now added it to my favourites. I did manage to do the survey from the email I'd forwarded to someone else to see whether it worked for them as a link but I will use it next time thanks a lot.

Just a thought, would it work for you if you copied the link
into the box on www.tinyurl.co.uk and then created a tinyurl
and accessed the site using that?
