I had this problem a couple of weeks back and can't remember how I resolved it
I think it kind of resolved itself.

I am using Windows XP and Outlook Express and this is a link for a YouGov
survey I do them regularly but this one is not coming up as a link and if I
copy and paste it into the browser other sites I've visited come up - usually
those beginning wit the letter y as does this link.
I forwarded it to someone else and it works as a link on their computer what
could I try to change this please?
The link in question is

http://my2.yougov.com/survey.aspx?resCod
e=TXJ090000

As I have pasted it here it has come up as a link how weird is that? However
it has copied it onto two lines and on copying it into my browser it says the
survey cannot be found and yet I know that the original link did work for the
person I forwarded the email to.
