[access-uk] Problem copying files to CD

Hi all -
Each time I try to copy an mp3 file to either a CDR or a DVDRW, I get the
message:
Error in copying file or folder...the resource is in use.
I don't have a problem if I copy the files to somewhere else on my PC, only
when I try to back-up to disk.
Anyone help me out?
