You will need to burn the ISO onto CD and boot from that or follow the 
instructions to install it onto some USB media to boot from.  It will then boot 
into the software.  Ideally you need some sighted help to change the boot order 
on your machine and also once you are running the software to then go through 
and run a scan.  There is lots of information as you go through the software 
itself.

hi all i purchased spinrite but i dont know if i downloaded the write
file i got a file named spinrite.iso in that there is only 1 file
called spinrite.exe can i boot from this file?
