Hi Eleanor
Where we copied the shortcut from in My Documents page on windows explorer,
hit Alt+f to open the file menu then go down to My Documents which has a sub
menu so go to create shortcut when you hit enter at this point you will get
a dialogue box telling you that you cant create a shortcut here but you can
send a shortcut to the desktop so press enter and the icon should be
restored, not sure if it will need to be moved on the desktop, so you may
need to rearrange the icons. Also in the menu where we are there is also a
option to copy the shortcut much the same as you have done previously.
Hope all this makes sense.
Tony
