Hi Mandy
Sorry for not being quite clear in my last reply. I should have actually said
that you need to connect your mobile using its headphone socket to the line-in
facility on your PC and use software like Sound Forge to play the ringtone and
save it as a WAV file. It depends on whether your mobile has a headphone
socket that you can connect, but that's how I've done it without having to
download the ringtone onto another phone and pay for it again.
