I think when you go to the checkout page you have to enter your user details again.

Is anyone having the same experience with the rnib website? I log on my details all show up, but when I go to check out it just takes me back to the logon screen again. I have not been able to buy anything online there yet. I have no problems with anyother site which I use. So what is the problem with rnib website.
