Hi Trace.

That would not surprise me.  I think you are also right about the dish, so 
why do they insist that a telephone line must be connected.  Could it be 
that they want you to get involved in interactive or shopping stuff?  I 
simply don't trust them.  And when you telephone them, you get a selection 
of buttons to press.  There is no choice for logging a fault and you are 
kept waiting for ages.  I bet if you selected 1 for new customer, then the 
wait will be significantly less.

I've decided, rather than pay SKY £25 a month, I'll subscribe to that DVD 
Audio Movie home delivery service, if I can find out the url.  As I said, 
all I was watching was the occasional AD movie on 5, and often I wrote to 
the list asking if a particular movie was being broadcast in AD as mine was 
not.

I may very well live to regret quitting SKY, but I don't think so.
