Thanks, George. "Right clicking" gave me the clue, although I don't quite know
how I got
there! When I have sighted help available I will study the layout more
thoroughly with the
help of your instructions - It is something I need to become proficient with
as I use Vista
more.

As a matter of interest, Hal (the screen reader which I use mainly) normally
puts everything it
uses in a folder c:\program files\dolphin\hal.
However on this Vista machine many important files are missing from that
folder, but I now
find that they are in a hidden folder c:\programdata\dolphin\hal.
Dolphin Product Support were very surprised that Hal was working without these
files in their
normal place. I am going to try, on another list, to discover if there is any
other user of Hal
with Vista who has a similar situation.
I suppose putting them in a hidden folder does prevent anyone inadvertently
deleting or
corrupting them!
