Hello,I have the files in the same place on my dell 1720 with vista home premium, so I am surprised that dolphin support did not know about them being there.
Best wishes, Tony Pearce----- Original Message ----- From: "Douglas Harrison" <harrison1d@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Thanks, George. "Right clicking" gave me the clue, although I don't quite know how I got there! When I have sighted help available I will study the layout more thoroughly with the help of your instructions - It is something I need to become proficient with as I use Vistamore. As a matter of interest, Hal (the screen reader which I use mainly) normally puts everything ituses in a folder c:\program files\dolphin\hal.However on this Vista machine many important files are missing from that folder, but I nowfind that they are in a hidden folder c:\programdata\dolphin\hal.Dolphin Product Support were very surprised that Hal was working without these files in their normal place. I am going to try, on another list, to discover if there is any other user of Halwith Vista who has a similar situation.I suppose putting them in a hidden folder does prevent anyone inadvertently deleting orcorrupting them! There is, or should be a column called "Folder" in the search results. If not, you need to right click on any of the existing column headings, and make sure that "Folder" is checked or ticked. You may however find that by tabbing, you arrive on the "Name" column. Press the Windows Context key brings up the same list. Once you have the Folder" column in screen, all will be revealed.
