Easiest thing to do is type sign out of amazon into the help search box.
The result will give you a sign out link.

Subject: [access-uk] Signing out of Amazon

Hi all,

For some reason, I am unable to find the sign out link/button on the amazon
site. It use to be the case that whenever I closed the browser the site use
to sign me out of the account automatically. Now, it keeps me signed-in and
I cannot find the sign out button. Using IE and Chrome.

Thank you

Ali
