Hi Andy,

I set up Digiguide myself, but I am using Window-Eyes, I believe you are
using JAWS.

I don't believe there is any tutorial, Gipsymedia have always been pretty
good at support for me, so I am surprised you have had no reply.

All the best

Hi Steve.

Thanks for the advice. By the way, I don't have a "Smart Search facility"
I only have Quick Search and Advanced Search. Anyway, I typed in Audio
Described and got a load of programmes showing today which are AD. All I
need do now is make up my mind as to whither to watch 24 or Broken Arrow.
The latter unfortunately, is not audio described. Steve, did you get
sighted help to set up DigiGuide for you? I purchased the program about a
month ago and still experiencing great difficulties with it. I've written
to the support link twice but they have not got back to me. I've even asked
for assistance from this list, but it would seem that there are very few
list members using DigiGuide as I did not get much feed-back. Are you aware
of any tutorial sensitive to screen reader users that I can read, or source
of support.

Thanks again for your advice.

Best wishes.

Andy

Hi Andy,

Just set up a smart search for the keywords "audio described", without the
quotes, and that's all you'll get.

Hi Steve.

Yes, I noticed that also and on a number of occasions. It's really
frustrating as I'm beginning to watch only AD stuff. Incidentally, I
usually visit: http://www1.sky.com/accessibility/tvguide.htm to get an idea
which programs are audio described each evening. However, this sometimes
proves inaccurate. Do you know of another method of listing only AD
programmes. I purchased DigiGuide a few weeks ago but still experiencing
difficulty setting it up. It would really be useful if I could get a list
each day of only the AD programmes.

Best wishes.
Andy

Hi All

Do any of you watch 24 on a Sunday evening on Sky 1? have you noticed the
AD seems to have vanished on the last two episodes?
