I did try and telephone you after reading the message I am now replying to,
however, as you were not available to take my call at the time, I thought I
may as well reply to your message.

The format of the books I wish to play is format 4, and I would also
appreciate a device that will play daisy books from the RNIB, therefore,
would the Book Courier not be better than the N91, considering that I am not
on contract with my mobile phone provider and therefore can not change my
phone that easily
