[access-uk] Sony MZ b100 no power supply

Hi all.
Just received my new toy and slightly confused. Can anyone advise me if the
Sony MZ B100 normally comes with a power supply? Or does it just work on
batteries? The package I received had no power adaptor in it and I cannot
feel a battery compartment on the body of the device.
