[access-uk] Spell check in OE

Hi all - XP successfully installed, so thanks to everybody for their
patience and help with this. Really good to have OE working again, webmail
is so slow and tedious to access!
I've got some tweaking to do to get things running properly with JFW now,
but the first hing is that f7, spell check for OE, isn't working, and if I
click onit from the tools menu, it says not available. Anybody say why this
might be?
