Where exactly do you think I said that? ... would you like to quote and then 
I can respond fairly! ... beinga high tax payer myself I know what it is to 
"fund other people" and since the ATW scheme is there to help us in our work 
but fails quite often to do this, but as I have just said on a previous 
post, I don't think this list is for moaning about them!
