Hi Carol,
I think it can be sent back to Caretech to have the battery replaced. Not
sure of the cost though, but I can find out if you like as I am a Caretech
dealer.

Hi all,
Eight years ago we bought our first Color Test, so at that time by Frank
Ellis and Dieter Gretchen (probably incorrect spelling of the latter).
Sadly, its battery has reached the stage where it will no longer charge.
I'm wondering if anyone out there has taken that particular model of the
Color Test to try to have a battery replacement and, if so, whether you were
successful in getting it done.
Any information would be most welcome. Thanks.
