Hi Angie

I don't see anything within Derek's email about talking microwaves. I know this 
thread started with this topic but others have referred to ones that don't 
talk. Derek simply posed the question of controlling a microwave using an 
iPhone which seems a reasonable question. Why you need to use a personal 
comment towards Derek beats me? If he is hearing impaired as you imply then 
using an iPhone in conjunction with a braille display for this may possibly be 
a solution for him and some others.
