TNAUK would be a good start. (Talking Newspaper Association
of the United Kingdom)

Not only do they have a wide range of publications, they
should also be able to put you in touch with any local
talking newspapers in friend's area.

Subject: [access-uk] Talking newspapers

Hello

I wonder if anyone can point me in the right direction.
I was asked by a friend if I knew how to obtain talking
newspapers as his
elderly father has lost his sight and loves to read
newspapers.
Any help or advice would be gratefully appreciated

Thank you

Debbie
