From the control panel
Go into Sounds and Audio devices. Hit enter. Now shift tab up to volume tab
and move right with the arrow keys so that you land on ... Audio Tab. Hit
enter and tab down to advanced. Hit enter. Now control tab up to performance
tab and now tab to restore defaults button.
